Accountabilities:

• Lead global ownership of demand creation strategy and go-to-market plans for the Automotive & Transportation segment.

• Anticipate market trends and identify growth opportunities to stay ahead of industry developments.

• Develop engineering-led value propositions and align them with regional segment strategies.

• Drive execution of growth plans in partnership with sales, engineering, and supplier teams.

• Establish target account mapping by focus segment and application to optimize market reach.

• Collaborate with supplier, digital, and technology marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

• Oversee strategic partnerships with technology manufacturers to introduce innovative solutions.

 
• Proven experience in Automotive & Transportation or related industries.

• Strong understanding of engineering-driven value propositions and technical marketing.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans across global and regional markets.

• Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and suppliers.
