Ihre Aufgaben

Exzellente Projekte entstehen durch präzise Planung, kluge Steuerung und nahtlose Prozesse. Als Mitarbeiter im Project Management bei pechschwarz verantwortest Du nicht nur Timings und Budgets, sondern führst Projekte mit strategischem Weitblick und operativer Exzellenz. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Kreation und Entwicklung – und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe auf höchstem Niveau.

Deine Verantwortung
  • Führung & Koordination eines interdisziplinären Projektmanagement-Teams
  • Steuerung komplexer Branding-, Digital- und Kampagnenprojekte – von der Strategie bis zur Implementierung
  • Budget- und Ressourcenverantwortung mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Profitabilität
  • Prozessoptimierung und Implementierung von Best Practices im Projektmanagement
  • Stakeholder-Management auf Kunden- und C-Level-Ebene
  • Qualitätssicherung – Sicherstellen, dass jedes Projekt den höchsten Standards entspricht


Ihr Profil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement in Agenturen oder Beratungen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Branding, Digital & Kampagnen
  • Hohe Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung im Management von Teams
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Stakeholder- und Budgetmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit gängigen PM-Tools (Awork, Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project)
  • Fließendes Deutsch und sicheres Englisch
