What you will do

As our Inhouse Content Creator, you are the creative driver of our social media presence and, alongside our founder Jenni, the face of the brand on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. With a strong focus on nail products, you ideate, produce and star in content that highlights gitti's nail innovations, demonstrates professional application techniques, and inspires our community – always authentic, inspiring, and relatable.

YOUR TASKS:
  • Manage content end-to-end – from planning and publishing to reporting – aligned with a nail-first content strategy for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Act as a nail expert: showcase our nail products, demonstrate application techniques, and share professional tips & tricks.
  • Create video and photo content (with a focus on short-form video) – from concept to shooting and editing.
  • Be the on-camera talent: the face of gitti in Stories, Reels, TikToks, and live formats.
  • Develop new formats and evolve existing ideas by engaging actively with the community, picking up trends, sparking conversations, integrating feedback, and bringing in creative storytelling concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative and Product Development team to ensure a consistent brand aesthetic.
  • Spot and adapt relevant social media trends that align with gitti's brand identity.
What we're looking for
  • You love being in front of the camera and have a talent for storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation (video, photo, editing, social media).
  • Ideally a trained or experienced Nail Artist, with deep expertise in nail polish, gel, nail care and design.
  • Skilled in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, VSCO, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong affinity for nails, beauty, lifestyle and excitement for gitti's mission.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Previous experience as a content creator, influencer, or on-camera talent is a strong advantage.
