Solartag is entering Germany-and we're looking for the person who will help us make it happen.If you love the mix of beautiful architecture, renewable energy and building a market from scratch, this one is for you.Who we are:Solartag is a Danish company, that has reinvented how solar power becomes part of a building.Instead of putting panels on the roof, we are the roof (BIPV) — a seamless classic slate design with integrated hidden solar cells. No glare, no compromise, just a matte black aesthetic roof that makes architects, homeowners and neighbours smile.Our roof solution are tested and certified by leading European institutes — including TÜV Rheinland — ensuring reliability, safety and performance at a premium industry standard.The role:Based in North Germany/Hamburg area, focus on Northern Germany in phase one.We're looking for a self-driven, entrepreneurial Growth/usiness development Manager who will be the very first step in our German expansion. This is a "develop and do" role, just to align.You will:Establish our German subsidiary (GmbH)Bring Solartag into the German roofing and solar ecosystemExecute our joint go-to-market strategy with your colleagues in DenmarkBuild, nurture and activate sales channelsIdentify and collaborate with roofers/installers, architects and distributorsFocus on Northern Germany (Phase 1)Be the local face of a brand where aesthetics meets renewable energyWho we imagine you are (not exhaustive):Live in Hamburg or northern GermanyHave knowledge or work experience in the roofing, construction and/or PV industryHave an entrepreneurial mindset and love creating momentumEnjoy working closely with a skilled and passionated HQ team while owning your "own market"Native lanugage skills in German, fluent in English. (Danish skills is obviously a bonus )Independent, passionated and self-drivenMost importantly: you bring drive.
