d) with a proven track record of exceeding targets. This role will focus on expanding our network along with our sales & buying team and it is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company and a key driver of its commercial success.
Your Mission
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for market entry and expansion, developing strategies that align with the company's premium positioning
- Source and acquire new prospects to strengthen and expand the supplier base
- Initiate and lead first calls/meetings to assess potential partnerships
- Manage all coordination tasks related to onboarding new suppliers
- Collaborate with sales, buying, logistics, and finance teams to ensure a unified approach to business development
- Gather and integrate customer feedback to refine business strategies and align with partner expectations
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to uncover new opportunities
- Work with operations leaders to develop tailored solutions for potential partners
- Represent Buying Labs as a brand ambassador, driving enthusiasm for the company's vision and mission
Your Profile
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of business development
- Results and process driven as a business development manager, ideally within an online B2B, fashion or accessoires business
- An existing industry network is desirable
- Highly organized and able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to roll up sleeves in a scale-up atmosphere
- Be prepared for occasional travel to meet with clients & suppliers attend industry events, and explore business opportunities
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
