Roger ist die spezialisierte Software für mehr Umsatz und weniger Aufwand in der Zahnarztpraxis. Mit unserem KI-Assistenten ermöglichen wir Zahnarztpraxen DSGVO-konforme WhatsApp- und SMS-Kommunikation, automatisierte Terminerinnerungen, effiziente HKP-Nachverfolgung sowie Module wie Factoring, externe ZMV und externe Rezeption.

Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle baust und skalierst du unsere Wachstumsmaschine**.** Du verbindest tiefes Produktverständnis mit intelligenter Automatisierung, um Leads von "interessiert" zu "begeistert" zu verwandeln. Dein Ziel: Eingehende Leads nicht nur zu generieren, sondern sie durch messerscharfes Messaging und automatisierte Journeys in glückliche Kunden zu überführen.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

1. Produktmarketing & Produktverständnis

  • Das Produkt im Detail verstehen und in überzeugende Messaging- und Positionierungsstrategien übersetzen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product & Sales, um das Kundensegment, Use Cases und Pain Points zu kennen.
  • Entwicklung von Produkt-Storylines, die genau auf die Zielgruppe zugeschnitten sind.
  • Aufbau automatisierter Playbooks & Journeys, die Leads abhängig von Segment, Intent und Verhalten weiterführen.

2. CRM- & Marketing-Automation (HubSpot-first)

  • Aufbau eines eigenen HubSpot-Funnels, inkl. Lead-Scoring, Nurturing-Strecken, Trigger-Automation und Segmentierung.
  • Entwicklung einer einheitlichen Lead Experience – egal aus welchem Kanal der Lead kommt.
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie HubSpot & AI-nativen Automations ist von Vorteil

3. Growth & Funnel Ownership

  • Ganzheitliches Denken in Full-Funnel Growth: Awareness → Activation → Conversion → Retention.
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Conversion Rates entlang aller Funnel-Stufen.
  • Entwicklung neuer Growth-Hypothesen, Experimente & A/B-Tests.
Qualifikation
  • mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Product Marketing, Growth oder CRM Automation.
  • Starkes technisches Verständnis, datengetrieben, AI-affin.
  • Erfahrung mit Apollo, HubSpot und modernen AI-Marketing-Tools.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Produkte und Kundensegmente schnell zu durchdringen.
  • Startup-Mentalität, Ownership, Experimentierfreude.
