Product Marketing Manage
r in our Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth across key markets. You will coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including our product and creative teams, to ensure holistic campaign execution and a seamless customer experience. With your expertise, you will bring strategic clarity, operational excellence, and creative energy to campaigns that strengthen Chrono24's global brand presence.

What You Can Expect

• Define the market opportunity, shape the product narrative and influence the feature set with customer insights, crafting positioning and messaging with Product and Tech, and then enabling campaign teams to execute against that foundation
• Develop and manage end-to-end campaign planning across channels, from concept to execution.
• Align and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (product, creative, performance marketing, CRM, PR) to ensure campaigns are strategically integrated and executed on time.
• Act as project lead for campaign initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Implement multi-channel reporting process, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization and future planning.
• Ensure campaigns reflect Chrono24's brand identity and resonate with diverse international audiences.
• Collaborate with the product team to align marketing campaigns with product and feature launches.
• Champion a data-driven approach to campaign management, leveraging insights to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience: 5-7 years of professional experience in campaign management, product marketing, or integrated marketing; e-commerce, marketplace, or luxury goods experience is a plus.
• Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive projects forward.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ad Platforms & AI Tools: Hands-on experience with key advertising platforms and the ability to leverage AI-driven tools for campaign optimization and efficiency.
• Global Perspective: Experience working on international campaigns and adapting messaging to different cultural contexts.
• Passion for Luxury & Watches: A genuine interest in luxury goods, particularly high-end watches, is a strong plus.
