Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst ein Team von 6 Data- und AdTech-Profis.
  • Du entwickelst dein Team fachlich weiter und leitest es disziplinarisch.
  • Zusammen mit anderen Manager:innen entwickelst du die Kundenstrategie für dein Team "Data Strategy".
  • Dein Team entwickelt datenbasierte Inhouse-Produkte und -Services weiter und neu.
  • Du berätst die Kund:innen deines Teams bezüglich ihres Digital Marketings und wie sie eure Produkte und Services strategisch einsetzen können.
  • Du hast dabei das komplexe Zusammenspiel aller Datenquellen, Plattformen, Technologien im Blick.

Dein Profil:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Digitalen Marketing.
  • Mindestens 1 Jahr eine Person disziplinarisch geleitet.
  • Du hast Expert:innen Knowhow im Bereich Programmatic- und Datenumfeld (Advanced Programmatic Layer, Data Targeting Tools etc.).
  • Du bringst eine Beratermentalität mit.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und gut Englisch.
  • Du hast ein Interesse an Produktmanagement.
  • Freude daran, 2 Tage pro Woche in das Büro in München (oder Hamburg oder Düsseldorf) zu kommen.
