- Planung, Einrichtung, Konfiguration, Optimierung und Betrieb von IT-Umgebungen
- Unterstützung der Kunden im IT-Betrieb sowie Durchführung eigener Projekte
- Pflege von Anwendungen und Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Betriebs
- Installation und Konfiguration von Server- und Clientsystemen in Microsoft-Umgebungen
- Erstellung, Konfiguration und Implementierung von Skripten und Anwendungen
- Durchführung von Systemwartungen und Installation von Updates
- Planung, Einrichtung und Troubleshooting von Netzwerken (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
- Implementierung und Pflege von Securitylösungen (Firewallsysteme, APT, Virenschutz)
- Betrieb, Anpassung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Microsoft, Citrix, Dell, Watchguard, Altaro, LANCOM, Veeam, Datacore u. v. m.)
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration und/oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie praktische Erfahrung
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Administration und Fehleranalyse komplexer IT-Umgebungen, einschließlich Serversystemen, Netzwerken und Securitylösungen
- Kenntnisse in der Administration und Konfiguration von Active Directory, Exchange Servern, SQL, M365 und VMware
- Erfahrung mit Windows-Server-Betriebssystemen
- Kenntnisse in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen, Terminalservices, Firewalls und Backupsystemen
- Erfahrungen im Systemhausbereich sind wünschenswert
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Kunden
- Eigeninitiative, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
- Führerschein Klasse B
