Working Student Administrative Support

Your mission
As a working student in administrative support, you will contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations across various business areas. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable insights into the administrative processes of an international logistics company and to develop professionally in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Your responsibilities
Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and internal coordination
Assist with scheduling, meeting organization, and follow-up activities
Help maintain accurate records and support internal reporting processes
Contribute to the preparation of presentations, overviews, and other business documents
Provide assistance with onboarding processes and employee inquiries
Help coordinate internal communication and support company events and initiatives
Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and ensure efficient operations
Your profile
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A proactive and motivated mindset with a willingness to learn
