MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

Your profile

  • Basic understanding of budget planning and expense management.
  • Preferably experienced in budget control, or administrative support roles, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage financial records and process expenses accurately.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with different teams.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Preferably experienced in SAP
  • Intermediate or higher English proficiency (English is the official working language).

Your tasks

  • Support the department in budget planning and expense management, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Process expense reports and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
  • Assist in monitoring department expenditures, keeping track of budget usage.
  • Provide basic financial reports and support team members with budget-related inquiries.
  • Handle Business Trip arrangements for employees, including hotel and transportation bookings for business trips.
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers for budget-related matters and travel reservations.
