About the Role

We are looking for a
Growth Associate
with experience in
healthtech
and
new business development
to support and accelerate our commercial growth in Germany and across Europe. This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and growth strategy, and is ideal for someone who enjoys building pipelines, testing new growth channels, and working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and execute new business initiatives, including lead generation, outreach, and early-stage deal development
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential customers, partners, and market opportunities within the healthtech ecosystem
  • Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Assist in developing and refining go-to-market strategies for new products, markets, or customer segments
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform growth strategy and positioning
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align growth efforts
  • Track, analyse, and report on growth and sales metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Support partnership discussions, pilot projects, and commercial negotiations as needed

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    growth, business development, sales, or commercial roles
    , ideally within
    healthtech, digital health, medtech, or SaaS
  • Proven experience supporting or driving
    new business development
    activities
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare or healthtech landscape (e.g. providers, payers, startups, regulators)
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
    (German proficiency is a strong plus)
  • Comfortable working with data, metrics, and CRM tools
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment
  • Exposure to the German or broader European healthcare market
  • Experience supporting partnerships or enterprise sales cycles
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools and growth experimentation
