BEI UNS WIRST DU 

  • Story-Hunter: Du identifizierst relevante Themen und erzählst die Erfolgsgeschichten unserer Mitglieder, Mitarbeitenden und des Unternehmens – intern wie extern.
  • Presse-Professional: Du beantwortest Presseanfragen, konzipierst und platzierst Themen in Owned, Earned und Paid Media und führst lokale Pressetermine durch.
  • Impact-Voice: Du verantwortest die Kommunikation rund um unser soziales Engagement "FitX gibt zurück".
  • Co-Pilot: Als Vertretung der Pressesprecherin übernimmst du souverän die Verantwortung.
  • Projekt-Jongleur: Du arbeitest mit anderen Units an öffentlichkeitswirksamen Projekten, Kooperationen und Kampagnen.
  • Internal-Insider: Du gestaltest interne Kommunikation, erstellst Beiträge für unsere Mitarbeitenden-App und bist verantwortlich für unser digitales Townhall. 

DAFÜR BRAUCHST DU

  • PR-Power: Du hast mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung in PR und Unternehmenskommunikation, fundierte Kenntnisse in Corporate Pressearbeit und interner Kommunikation.
  • Storytelling-Skills: Dein Text-Talent und Gespür für zielgruppengerechtes Storytelling sind ausgezeichnet.
  • Calm-Confidence: Du bleibst auch bei Gegenwind souverän und fokussiert und findest starke Lösungen.
  • Presse-Know-how: Idealerweise bringst du Redaktionserfahrung mit und bist vertraut mit PR- und Medienprozessen; ein belastbares Netzwerk an Pressekontakten ist ein Plus.
  • Prozess-Power: Du gehst Themen selbstständig an, treibst Prozessverbesserungen voran und koordinierst Projekte kollaborativ.
  • Team-Talent: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung oder Motivation kleiner Teams bzw. Projekte.
