They are looking for a motivated Entrepreneur In Residence Intern (m/f/d) to support the VP of Operations in increasing the efficiency in business processes.What you will do
Right Hand of VP Operations: Be the right arm and sparring partner of the VP Operations.
Dashboard Creation: Create internal dashboards to monitor the team's performance.
Operational Analysis: Analyze current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the founders, as well as with the Logistics and Operations teams.
Who you are
You are enrolled in the University or are a fresh graduate looking to gain some work experience (minimum 3 months internship duration)
You have a strong proficiency with numbers and Excel.
You possess excellent analytical skills.
You have excellent communication skills in both German and English (C1 or above).
