Als
Client Operations Partner
bist du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Commercial Team und Operations. Du gestaltest maßgeblich die Umsetzung individueller Kundenlösungen, bringst kreative Ideen ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Services nicht nur funktionieren – sondern begeistern. Dein Ziel: Maximale Kundenzufriedenheit und nachhaltige Partnerschaften.
Was dich erwartet
- Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen, Eskalationen und Qualitätsmeetings.
- Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen in klare, umsetzbare Spezifikationen für unsere internen Teams.
- Du moderierst Meetings, präsentierst Lösungen und steuerst Projekte mit Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Du bringst dich aktiv ein, wenn es darum geht, Prozesse zu hinterfragen und zu verbessern – immer mit dem Kunden im Blick.
- Du nutzt moderne Technologien – inklusive KI-gestützter Tools und Prompting-Techniken – um datenbasierte Lösungen zu entwickeln und operative Prozesse zu optimieren.
Was du mitbringst
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Technik, IT oder etwas Vergleichbares – Quereinsteiger:innen mit relevantem Know-how sind ebenfalls willkommen.
- Du kommunizierst klar, souverän und auf Augenhöhe – egal ob mit Kolleg:innen oder Kund:innen, ob im Team oder auf Management-Level.
- Du verstehst technische Abläufe von Anfang bis Ende und kannst komplexe Themen verständlich erklären.
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Künstlicher Intelligenz oder Prompt Engineering? Super Wenn nicht, auch kein Problem – wir bringen dir alles bei.
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- MS Office (vor allem Excel & PowerPoint) ist für dich kein Neuland – und moderne digitale Tools findest du spannend.
- Du behältst auch bei vielen Aufgaben den Überblick, setzt Prioritäten und managst deine Zeit effizient.
- Du lernst schnell, bist neugierig und hast Spaß daran, dich in neue Tools und Prozesse einzuarbeiten.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
- Du brennst für Konsumgüter, Technologie und Innovation – genau wie wir
