Was Dich erwartet:

• Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitsschutz- und Unfallverhütungsmaßnahmen in der Business Unit Deutschland im Bereich der Off- und Onshore Produktionsstandorte (Friedrichskoog, Völkersen, Emlichheim und Barnstorf)
• Identifikation von Unfallschwerpunkten sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungskonzepten
• Eigenständige Durchführung von Unfalluntersuchungen und Begehungen
• Abwicklung des Projekt- und Kontraktorenmanagements
• Baustellenbegehungen und -betreuung
• Bewertung von Lieferantenqualifikationen und -leistungen
• Umsetzung der Ziele aus dem HSES-Jahresprogramm
• Durchführung von Unterweisungen, Erstbesprechungen, ASA-Sitzungen, Management Reviews und Fachbeiträgen

Was wir erwarten:

• Ausgebildeter Sicherheitsingenieur/in oder Universität / Fachhochschule mit technischem Hintergrund oder im Bereich Umweltmanagement / Qualitätsmanagement
• Ausgebildete Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (BG RCI)
• Ausbildung in Sea Survival, HUET mit CA-EBS und Fire Awareness ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in der sicherheitstechnischen Betreuung in der E&P- oder Bergbauindustrie
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
• Einhaltung der HSES- und Compliance-Richtlinien
• Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
• Mobilität innerhalb von Norddeutschland und Bereitschaft den Großteil der Woche vor Ort an den Produktionsstandorten zu verbringen
