Investigates strategic and organizational questions to facilitate effective decision making and executionProvides strategic advice to the GTB Germany Leadership Team to improve the daily management of the businessSuggests problem resolution approaches and procedures, including procedure maintenance and adaptation as required in close collaboration with Paris HQEnsures that she/he is always on the same page as the GTB Germany Leadership Team and acts as a liaison for the team priorities and positions in day-to-day activitiesFacilitates smooth and coordinated cross-functional workPlans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the business on the behalf of the GTB Leadership TeamActs as a point of contact between the different GTB Teams, other businesses, SG Frankfurt Teams and Paris HQCoordinates and supervises all regulatory and risk reports as requiredRegularly submits reports to the GTB Leadership Team including dashboardsEnsures GTB Germany compliance with SG Frankfurt rules and policiesEnsures respect of GTB Germany governance especially for New Business CommitteesSteps in as a leader, project manager, and accountable party for key activities as directed by the GTB Germany Leadership TeamUniversity degree in Finance / Business administration or equivalentKnowledge of German and international Global Transaction Banking Products & ProcessesExperience of working in a comparable department/roleClient oriented attitude (internally and externally)Profound MS Office skillsFluency in German and English (written and oral) is essential, French is of advantageHigh level of commitment and responsibilityStructured and result-oriented working approachPro-active team-playerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSolution-oriented and flexible working styleProfound communication capabilitiesAbility to learn and work in a deadline-driven and culturally diverse environmentAbility to escalate in an adequate mannerAbility to establish and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
