- Als Business Analyst (m/w/d) untersuchen Sie Prozesse im Transaction Banking – dazu zählen neben der Analyse auch das Optimieren, Digitalisieren und die zugehörige Dokumentation von End-to-End-Prozessen im Zahlungsverkehr.
- Sie entwickeln AI-Anwendungen zur Effizienzsteigerung, verbessern das Domänenmodell im Transaction Banking und treiben durch Datenstrukturierung sowie Datenmodellierung die Automatisierung von Prozessen voran.
- Sie erstellen neben Ad-hoc-Analysen nutzerfreundliche Dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) und unterstützen unsere Fachbereiche bei zukünftigen AI-Initiativen sowie Use Cases zu Data Analytics.
- Sie arbeiten mit angrenzenden Einheiten wie Bankfinanzen oder IT zusammen und übernehmen neben dem Support das Schulen von Anwendern im Umgang mit neuen datengetriebenen Anwendungen.
- Sie steuern das Stakeholder- sowie Schnittstellenmanagement und leiten Handlungsempfehlungen zur Prozess- bzw. Datenoptimierung ab, die Sie sowohl vor internen Stakeholdern als auch dem Management präsentieren.
Die Stelle ist zunächst bis zum befristet, mit der Option auf eine anschließende Entfristung.
Das bringen Sie mit- Erfolgreiches Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ein vergleichbarer akademischer Abschluss
- Fundierte Berufspraxis in der Business-Analyse und Automatisierung, bevorzugt im Bankenumfeld oder im Transaction Banking
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Agentic AI- und GenAI-Anwendungen sowie im Umgang mit Tools für Datenanalysen und das Reporting (z. B. Power BI, SQL, Excel) wünschenswert
- Von Vorteil: vertraut mit Projektmanagement – zum Beispiel im Kontext von Requirements Engineering, User Stories, agilen Methoden oder Jira
- Expertise im Analysieren komplexer Datenstrukturen, idealerweise ergänzt um Know-how in entsprechenden Visualisierungs- und Analysewerkzeugen
- Sehr gutes Deutsch sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Problemlösungskompetenz
