• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze advertising performance and give data-backed suggestions for better results. Youll turn insights into actions and help campaigns perform at their best.
• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, introducing clients to fresh and effective approaches in digital marketing.
• Learning from the Best: Shadow experienced professionals, honing your sales and social media skills. We want you to thrive and grow with us.
• Get Certified: Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification as part of your onboarding, boosting your credibility and expertise in digital marketing strategies.

• Program Duration: 4 weeks (2 weeks of hands-on training + 2 weeks of application in nesting)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Paid Training: Yes, your learning time is valued
• Certification: Earn the highly-regarded Meta Blueprint Certification upon training completion.

• Call Duration: Engage clients meaningfully with an average call time of 24 minutes.
• Sales Goals: Hit or exceed campaign goals by offering clients impactful, strategic advice.
• Client Engagement: Drive high engagement with your pitches, ensuring clients stay excited and informed.
• Attendance: Reliable attendance is key for team success.

• Base Salary: 33,000 EUR gross annually (around 2,750 EUR gross monthly)
• Performance Bonus: Up to 7,500 EUR per year for hitting your goals
• Language Bonus: 300 EUR monthly for Dutch proficiency
