About the Role

As a Campaign Specialist, you will collaborate with German-speaking businesses to develop tailored online advertising strategies. Your role will focus on driving campaign performance, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to sales growth through data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on strategic digital marketing solutions aligned with their business objectives

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and help them achieve measurable campaign results

  • Meet individual sales goals while supporting broader team success

  • Analyze campaign performance, industry trends, and competitor activity

  • Deliver continuous improvements to increase ROI and marketing effectiveness

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution

  • Provide high-quality customer support and maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Native-level fluency in German (C2)

  • Proficiency in English (C1)

  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales or marketing

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and online technologies

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
