Dick Johnson ist die Premium-Männerpflege-Brand mit Bold Humor und rasantem Wachstum. Wir suchen dich als Video Editor für Performance Creatives, damit unsere Ads auf TikTok, IG & Meta weiter durch die Decke gehen. Deine Arbeit beeinflusst direkt Umsatz, Reichweite und unser Wachstum.
Aufgaben
Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Ideen in High-Performance-Ads verwandelt werden – schnell, präzise, wirkungsvoll.
Schneidest täglich 2–3 Ads (30–60 Sekunden) für TikTok, IG & Meta
Umsetzt Skripte und Rohmaterial in konvertierende Social Creatives
Iterierst eng mit Creative Strategy via Frame für schnelle Feedback-Loops
Organisierst und pflegst unsere Content- & B-Roll-Library
Testest Hooks, Strukturen und Edits mit Blick auf Performance (CTR, Retention)
Unterstützt optional bei Drehtagen on Set
Qualifikation
Du bist ein Macher mit Tempo und Qualitätsanspruch.
Must-Haves
Wohnsitz in Berlin und Präsenz im Office (3 Tage/Woche)
Deutsch auf Muttersprachler-Niveau
1–2+ Jahre Erfahrung im Editing von Social Performance Ads (E-Com oder Brand)
Sicher in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects Basics willkommen)
Hoher Output: 2–3 fertige Ads/Tag in gleichbleibender Qualität
Teamplayer mit Growth-Mindset & Belastbarkeit
Feedbackfähig und lösungsorientiert
Nice-to-Haves
Erfahrung mit AI-Tools wie Runway, ElevenLabs oder Midjourney
Grundkenntnisse in Photoshop oder Motion Graphics
Erfahrung in Content-Produktion oder am Set
