These are our current challenges and future goals:

As the Creative Strategy Lead (all genders) at Glow25, you'll be the strategic and creative backbone of our paid media function. You combine a strong performance mindset with a c ombination of data driven and creative thinking and lead our Ad Creation team with clarity, energy, and focus. Your mission: to drive iterative, high-performing ad production.

You'll develop cross-channel creative strategies (paid search, paid social, native ads), turn product insights and customer data into testable ad concepts, and orchestrate a smooth, data-driven creative workflow with your team of long and short form copywriters, video editors, project managers, and UGC creators.

This is where we need your support:

• Kreativstrategie: Du verantwortest die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Paid-Content-Inhalte auf Meta, TikTok, Native, Google und weiteren Plattformen – im Einklang mit Performance- und Neukundengewinnungszielen.
• Briefing & Testing: Du übersetzt Kampagnenanforderungen in kreative Briefings und definierst Test-Roadmaps in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Media Buying.
• Creative Operations: Du koordinierst Prioritäten, Zeitpläne und Kapazitäten, um einen reibungslosen und skalierbaren Creative-Workflow sicherzustellen.
• Kanalübergreifende Abstimmung: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Brand-Team zusammen, um eine Basis an Brandformance-Ads neben den stärker performancegetriebenen Inhalten sicherzustellen.

You have the following experience:

• MUST: Experience with UGC Ads, Image Ads, Video Ads, Advertorials, Sales Pages, Long form Content
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or creative strategy
• Strong understanding of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and/or Native Advertising
• Experience in creative testing & iteration: confident in analyzing performance KPIs like hook rate, CTR, ROAS
• Performance-first mindset: You prioritize results over aesthetics; you understand that our ads need to pack a punch and drive real growth—no fine art, just full-throttle impact.
• Proven track record in managing creative teams – ideally with direct leadership responsibility
• Solid grasp of digital funnel mechanics – from ad to landing page to conversion
• Skilled in prioritization, briefing, giving feedback, and leading retrospectives
• Strong communicator and stakeholder manager – especially with Brand, Media, Product, and CRM teams
