Wir wachsen rasant – national wie international – und suchen einen Profi (m/w/d), der unseren Einkauf und die Disposition mit Struktur, Effizienz und unternehmerischem Weitblick auf das nächste Level hebt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung des gesamten Beschaffungsprozesses: von Rohstoffen und Verpackungen bis zu technischen Komponenten und Investitionsgütern.
  • Planung und Disposition von Materialbedarfen auf Basis von Forecasts, Produktionsplänen und Absatzdaten.
  • Sicherstellung stabiler Lieferketten: von Lieferanten bis zu internationalen Partnern.
  • Koordination mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualitätssicherung und Finance.
  • Entwicklung von KPIs und Dashboards für Bestände, Lieferperformance und Beschaffungskosten.
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Lieferantenbeziehungen, Preisverhandlungen, Audits.
  • Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools (ERP, Beschaffungssoftware, Automatisierungen).
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten zur internationalen Expansion
Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

  • mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in Einkauf, Disposition oder Supply Chain i
  • Management (idealerweise in Lebensmittelproduktion oder Gastronomie).
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2/C1) und fließendes Englisch.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und Analyse-Tools.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Motivation, Verantwortung in einem stark wachsenden Umfeld zu übernehmen
