Key responsibilities Strategically grow a robust portfolio of enterprise accounts, including "big bet" clients like DAX40 and TECDAX companies.Identify and engage potential clients and build strong relationships with their key stakeholders, from CxOs to decision-makers in procurement and HR.Develop and execute targeted commercial strategies, utilizing a solution-selling approach to meet diverse client needs and secure new business.Rigorously qualify clients and opportunities, focusing on high-potential engagements to achieve a target 30% opportunity conversion rate.Lead compelling RFP responses and master Malt's product features to deliver tailored pitches that drive client autonomy.Onboard new large enterprise clients (>2,000 FTEs), leveraging your network and the BDA team to drive sales meetings.Actively gather and share market insights with our product and marketing teams, providing structured feedback to fuel continuous improvement.Optimize CRM usage for efficiency, partnering with our technical team on demos and integrations to enhance client experience.Coach and develop the sales team, sharing insights on tools, client discussions, and overall sales strategies. About you You're an experienced professional with a university degree or comparable education and 3+ years in a B2B commercial role, e.g. as account manager or sales engineer. Ideally, you've thrived in recruitment (staffing, IT personnel services), SaaS, or IT & services.A true results-driven sales hunter, you're insatiably curious and passionate about problem-solving.
