Team Lead (m/f/d)- Commercial IT Transformation & Architecture

Become part of Vaillant Group's business transformation program, where we deploy a highly integrated Salesforce and SAP template across multiple countries. We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to guide IT delivery teams from architecture through project management to successful go-live. In your role as Team Lead, you retain and develop team members through tailored development plans, training journeys, and regular performance evaluations to support Vaillant's transformation.

• You define and execute partner and subcontractor needs to complement or extend capacities when required.
• Your responsibilities include managing team capacity planning and assignments for projects and process enhancements.
• Together with architecture and project management teams, you ensure seamless integration across IT and Sales, Marketing & Service areas.
• You maintain and enhance relationships with business stakeholders through regular exchanges and well-documented content.
• By leading and advising architects, project managers, and data managers, you ensure successful project implementation and Salesforce platform health, including integration into other commercial value streams.

• Qualification: You hold a master's degree in management & economics, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Experience: Along with leadership experience, you bring a proven track record in managing CRM platform stability and solution design. You also bring experience in hands-on involvement in requirements gathering, design/blueprinting, and configuration phases of transformation programs. You have successfully managed budgets and delivered projects on time and within scope.
• Know-how and skills: You possess a deep understanding of Commercial business processes and technical issues
• Nice to have: You are familiar with Salesforce architecture and SAP template deployments in international environments, which will help you navigate complex integration scenarios.
• Personality: You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with an aptitude for managing team performance and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
• Language skills: You have very good German and English skills, and additional languages are considered a plus
