- Both count. Both are us.**Head of Group Smart Solutions (M/F/d)**:

- WHAT YOU WILL DO- In this important position you lead the smart solutions team and will be responsible for expanding the portfolio for Vaillant Group smart solutions for end customers, installers/ internal & external service professionals as well as large business customers by implementing new solutions and further developing existing ones
- The analysis and understanding of market trends & needs will help you define the strategy and identify business opportunities
- You will define business models with our National Sales Companies and take responsibility for steering of development roadmap, successful implementation of the solution as well as the steering against the business performance over the entire lifecycle by ensuring best user experience
- In this role you enable our internal Service organizations to transform the business to connected services
- You will represent the smart solutions team on group level, in our service leadership team and towards our global local organizations
- Based on our Vaillant Group values, you will lead and further develop a successful team and act as transformational leader by implementing new working methods
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- You have successfully completed your diploma or master’s degree in engineering or economics
- You can rely on many years of profound professional experience in Service or Product Management environment on management level
- You are an experienced transformational leader and offer a sound knowledge of digitization, project management methods, customer service, and process optimization
- With your excellent analytical, conceptional and interpersonal skills you act confidently on all levels
- Your great communication skills as well as your pro-active, self-driven work attitude and motivation set you apart
- Your business fluent German and English skills complete your profile
