PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector that designs, manufactures, and sells premium aluminum pergolas. Founded in Norway, we are now active in over 14 markets across Europe, North America, South America, and Australia — with plans to scale even further.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional advice and support to our customers via phone, email, and (video) chat at our Frankfurt location.
Process orders and assist with questions related to our products.
Resolve customer inquiries, handle returns and complaints, and check the correctness and plausibility of requests.
Coordinate and communicate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.
Maintain data and optimize processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
Fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1) to communicate confidently with our customers.
Experience in customer service (1–2 years minimum), ideally in e-commerce or a related industry.
Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented and empathetic working style.
Enjoy working in a dynamic team with a strong service mindset.
Strong self-organization and time management to work efficiently.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Willingness and ability to work on-site at our office near Frankfurt Central Station.
