Ab sofort suchen wir für unser Team am Standort Berlin einen Senior Project Manager (all genders) im Bereich Event und mit Begeisterung für Luxury Brands.

WHAT YOU DO
  • Eigenverantwortliche Eventplanung– immer on-time & on-budget: Budgetierung, Kostenkontrolle und Kostenverfolgung
  • Souveräne Projektsteuerung und Zusammenarbeit mit sämtlichen Kooperationspartnern, internen Schnittstellen, sowie externen Logistik- und Produktionspartnern
  • Strategische Kundenberatung und ganzheitliche, operative Kundenbetreuung bei der Umsetzung von Events und Brand Experiences
  • Unterstützung bei der Neukundenakquise
  • Du führst klar, effizient und empathisch das Projektteam – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Manager und der Standortleitung
  • Freiräume zur Gestaltung eigener Ideen und Ansätze nutzt du zielsicher
WHO YOU ARE
  • Mindestens 4-5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Project Management, in den Bereichen Experiential, Luxury und Premium - Zusätzliche Erfahrung im Bereich Lifestyle von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Denken, ganzheitliche Beratungskompetenz, Verhandlungsstärke und ein Auge für Ästhetik und Details
  • Souveräne Projekt- und Teamführung – du denkst interdisziplinär und bist Hands-on, wenn es darauf ankommt
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Kundenmanagement mit umfassender Budgetverantwortung
  • Überzeugende Präsentations- und Kommunikations-Skills & verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • Offen für Veränderungen und Freude an Innovationen und Tech Trends
