To achieve our mission, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our new Store in Berlin .

What will your responsibilities be?

-Support the Store Manager in leading the team in a dynamic and enthusiastic way.

-Assist in overseeing daily operations and management of the boutique, ensuring key sales targets and KPIs are met.

-Contribute to establishing logistical, operational, and analytical processes for the Amsterdam market.

-Help prepare weekly reports on store performance, product status, and KPIs; collaborate on action plans to maximize the store's potential.

-Maintain high customer service standards, ensuring excellent relationships with clientele.

-Assist in welcoming ambassadors, VIPs, and participating in market prospecting.

-Support stock control processes, minimize loss, and help implement action plans to optimize inventory levels.

-Assist in training and developing staff, ensuring productivity and adequate store coverage.

-Collaborate on visual merchandising initiatives to maintain brand standards.

What will make you succeed with us?

- At least experience managing teams in the premium retail sector.

- Ability to collect and analyze data rigorously.

- Strategic and analytical mindset for business decision-making based on data and reports.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Passion for fashion and products.

- High level of English proficiency.

- Knowledge and experience in tools such as Microsoft Excel.

-Knowledge about the city of Berlin and its culture.
