The Role

This role is for someone who feels at home on a set. Someone who understands that filmmaking is equal parts creativity and discipline, and that the smallest choices can shift the emotional weight of a scene.

You'll work directly with our Creative Director and our Berlin based Production Lead. Your work will support our upcoming campaigns, short films, and seasonal storytelling projects, from pre production to shoot days to post shoot handoffs.

You will be a key part of how our stories come to life, helping shape the visual atmosphere, coordinating on set logistics, and supporting the creative flow during filming.

This is a foundational role for someone who wants to grow into directing, cinematography, or creative production.

You'll:

Pre Production

• Help build shot lists, simple storyboards, and visual references.
• Scout or review locations in Berlin and note lighting, space, and sound considerations.
• Assist with prop preparation, sourcing, and scene styling.
• Support scheduling, call sheets, and setting up the daily flow for smooth shoot days.

On Set Production & Assisting in Directing

• Assist with directing talent or models with calm, clear communication.
• Support the Creative Director with scene coordination, pacing, and visual adjustments.
• Manage continuity and track details like framing, hands, and object placement.
• Help with lighting setups, simple rigging, mic checks, and environment control.
• Keep the set organized, safe, and emotionally grounded.
• Maintain shot logs, take time stamps, and assist with file management once cameras cut.

Post Production Support

• Organize footage and help prepare selects for editing.
• Pull reference moments or creative notes that support the edit vision.
• Contribute to short mood cuts or rough sequences if comfortable.

Preferred Backgrounds and Tools

• Studying or recently graduated in Film, Media Arts, Photography, or Creative Production.
• Comfortable with cameras, lighting basics, and simple sound setups.
• Familiar with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
• Bonus: experience in set coordination, short films, or creative content production.
• Comfortable being on site in Berlin for shoot days.
