Your key responsibilities include:

  • Support events, meetings & banquets with international guests
  • Set up and prepare conference rooms
  • Maintain set-up carts and storage areas
  • Prepare service areas and assist with guest hospitality
  • Mise-en-place for meeting rooms, coffee breaks and snacks
  • Ensure hygiene standards are met
  • Guarantee smooth service operations
  • Support your colleagues across the banquet department

Be able.

  • You're eager to grow and be part of a motivated team
  • You stay calm under pressure
  • Ideally, you have experience in a similar role or a background in hospitality
  • You're communicative and fluent in German and English
