- You are responsible for checking and posting incoming invoices in the electronic workflow with and without purchase order reference in compliance with internal financial and signature guidelines.
- You check the incoming invoices for compliance with sales tax requirements.
- Account maintenance and the processing of reminders and balance confirmations are part of your responsibilities.
- You clarify invoice discrepancies in coordination with other departments and are responsible for carrying out the necessary steps
- For the optimization of accounts payable processes you contribute your ideas and support their implementation.
- Your tasks include the preparation and execution of payment runs.
- You will support in month-end and year-end closing and take on other special tasks as required.

This will heat us up:

- Completed commercial training and initial experience in accounts payable
- Alternatively direct entry possible for motivated graduates
- SAP experience (FI/CO) an advantage
- Hands-on mentality, ability to work under pressure and a solution-oriented and structured approach to work
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Cross-departmental and cross-process mindset
- Pleasure in working in a team
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as good German and English skills
