Job Description
As our Finance Business Partner, you'll be the bridge between Finance and the wider business — turning numbers into narratives and data into decisions.

You'll work closely with local and international teams, providing robust analysis, forecasts, and recommendations that influence strategic planning and operational performance.

You will need to communicate fluently at business level in both English and German on a daily basis.

Job Requirements
We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a Finance Business Partner, Analyst, or similar commercial finance role.
  • Is fluent in business level 
    German and English
    — essential for working across teams and regions.
  • Can interpret complex data and communicate it clearly to non-financial audiences.
  • Has strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel or Power BI.
  • Ideally holds a recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).

Job Responsibilities
 In this role, you'll:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to shape budgets, forecasts, and business cases.
  • Analyse revenue, costs, and margins to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Deliver meaningful insight that helps drive sustainable growth.
  • Act as the key finance contact for our Berlin operations, supporting data-led decision-making across the organisation.

This position is hybrid role so you must be based in Berlin and able to commute to the office easily 2-3 times a week.
