Role
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of our financial decision-making, driving growth & profitability in collaboration with our business stakeholders. Your tasks will include:

• Owning all supply-related financial assessments to steer our inventory and costs of sales to target together with our Product & Operations colleagues.
• Being the go-to-person for Product & Operations up to VP level, generating pivotal insights to achieve our business goals and drive profitable growth.
• Modeling, analyzing, and evaluating business opportunities, including recommended decisions and actions (i.e. inventory simulations, procurement validations).
• Automating workflows and creating dashboards & reportings for your stakeholders.
• Developing forecasting approaches to simulate future business developments (i.e. impact of purchase price negotiations on our gross margin).
• Supporting our FP&A team in monthly closings and budget cycles.

Your profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience – preferably in the areas of e-commerce, finance, retail or related fields.
• Excellent English skills, German is a plus.
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or you are ready to relocate for your new position
• You are a pro in Google workspace/MS Office. Ideally, you have already gained expertise in SQL, Tableau and/or ERP systems.
• You inspire with your proactive attitude and constant reliability
• Your mind is analytically driven and focused on creating business impact at the same time
• You enjoy interacting with multiple stakeholders and your communication style is concise and to the point
