As Head of Team Customer Academy, you will lead a dedicated team of trainers, content creators, and working students. Together, you will ensure that our customers use our software solutions—especially in the area of endpoint management—securely, efficiently, and with enjoyment. You will design our learning offerings strategically and operationally and continuously develop them further.

  • Several years of experience in managing training or learning teams – ideally in the software or SaaS environment
  • Passion for knowledge transfer, both digital and in person
  • Sound IT understanding and ideally experience in endpoint management
  • Strategic thinking, pragmatic approach, and a strong customer focus
  • A feel for modern learning formats and ideally experience with LMS systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
