Position Overview
The Head of Marketing will own and drive the full marketing strategy for PACE's aviation software portfolio. This role is responsible for market positioning, product marketing excellence, demand generation, and brand elevation in a highly technical and mission-critical industry.

You will shape PACE's voice in the global aviation market, strengthen our digital presence, and build thought leadership that engages aviation professionals and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
Company Positioning and Brand Strategy

  • Define and execute an integrated marketing and communication strategy aligned with PACE's growth objectives.
  • Strengthen PACE's international brand visibility as a leading established aviation software provider.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including presentations, webinars, press materials, and collateral materials.
  • Lead PACE's presence at key industry events, including event organization, communication, and speaking opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent brand language and compliant corporate design across all internal and external communication channels, aligned with corporate brand guidelines.

Product Marketing

  • Develop and execute Product Marketing Strategies in collaboration with Product Management.
  • Create compelling and high-quality product marketing materials (case studies, brochures, videos, and white papers).
  • Develop and maintain value propositions, pitch decks, solution messaging, and customer-specific collateral.
  • Enable Sales with clear and market-relevant materials.

Communication, Social Media, Content

  • Manage and execute social media strategy.
  • Coordinate product storytelling, editorial planning and content, and public relations activities.
  • Plan and run targeted B2B campaigns to reach aviation decision-makers and industry influencers.
  • Oversee creation of content such as expert insights, product updates, and customer success stories.
  • Grow and engage a high-quality follower base of aviation professionals and potential customers.
  • Monitor marketing, campaign, and social media analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion.

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and support a high-performing marketing team with clear priorities and objectives.
  • Support the management of marketing budgets and external resources.
  • Report on KPIs, insights, and strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with strong track record in enterprise software or other technical/mission-critical industries.
  • Background in aviation, aerospace, engineering software, mobility, or other tech-driven domains is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing professional B2B social media and digital campaigns, ideally in a high-knowledge or technical industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is beneficial.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and strong execution discipline in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and leadership functions.
