Our head office is based in Germany, but we are growing our global team and looking for a motivated colleague to remotely support our Spanish and English-speaking clients.

What You'll Do:Support patient repatriation and organize air ambulance missions
Handle end-to-end coordination of aircraft operations worldwide
Manage bookings, schedules, and operational logistics
Offer expert consultation and customer care independently
Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish
Help expand our network of aviation and medical partners
Stay informed on market trends and support competitive analysis
Lead or contribute to multilingual sales projects
What You Bring:Native or fluent written and spoken Spanish and English
Calm, composed approach under pressure
Clear communication and persuasive interpersonal skills
High personal responsibility and the ability to collaborate in a team
Motivation to work independently and meet deadlines
A structured and detail-oriented working style
International mindset and experience is a plus
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
Freelance/self-employed basis (required)
Experience in the medical or aviation field is a bonus, but not essential
