Remote Sales Representative

At Vendana, we support people in times of crisis. From coordinating urgent air ambulance flights to managing sensitive patient logistics, we operate globally with empathy, precision, and speed.
With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for a Greek-speaking sales representative (also fluent in German/English) to join our remote team. You'll work in a high-impact environment where every day is different, and your contributions directly support people in need.
What You'll Do:Assist with the repatriation of patients, managing and coordinating private and medical flights
Provide guidance and clear communication to clients during emotionally sensitive situations
Independently handle full-cycle sales and logistics operations
Develop and manage global partnerships
Support Greek-speaking clients while working closely with our international team
Monitor market trends and assist with competitor analysis
Native or fluent Greek speaker, with excellent German/English communication skills
Calm under pressure, organized, and empathetic
Highly motivated and proactive, with a structured work approach
Comfortable working across time zones, including shifts and weekends
Experience in medical or aviation fields is a plus but not required
Previous international or remote experience is highly valued
A meaningful role helping people in real time
Full onboarding and training (aviation/medical background not mandatory)
