At Vendana, every day is dynamic, meaningful, and international. We operate in the unique world of private aviation, organizing and coordinating air ambulance flights worldwide. Our goal is to help people in urgent need by delivering safe and reliable medical flight solutions.
We work closely with clients, relatives, and airline partners in multiple languages and across time zones. No two days are alike — and that's exactly what makes it exciting.
Although our headquarters is based in Germany, we're expanding our global team and are currently looking for a remote colleague based in Brazil, with Polish language skills and fluency in English and/or Portuguese, to support our clients with professionalism and care.

Your Responsibilities:Assist with the organization and coordination of patient repatriation flights
Handle planning, booking, and execution of air ambulance and private aviation operations
Offer clear, professional support and advice to clients
Manage cases independently from start to finish
Help build and nurture new partner networks
Conduct market and competitor research
Contribute to multilingual sales and service initiatives
What You Bring:Fluency in Polish, plus strong command of English and/or Portuguese
Clear communication skills and empathy, especially under pressure
A reliable and structured working style
High motivation and ability to adapt quickly
Team-oriented attitude with an international outlook
Prior experience living or working abroad is a plus
Openness to flexible hours, including occasional weekends or shifts
Freelance/self-employed status
Aviation or medical industry experience is helpful, but not required
