The Role
We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to play a key role in enabling seamless integrations for our customers and help them understand the full value of Agora's product suite. You'll serve as the technical liaison between our product and engineering teams and our customers, and relay customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
What You'll DoSurface and understand customer needs, use cases, and technical requirementsProvide technical expertise and guidance to customers during onboarding and serve as the primary point-of-contact for issues when they ariseProactively identify and eliminate common friction points in the customer integration processGather and relay feedback to our internal teams to continuously improve our productsLaunch and maintain our documentation portal and customer-facing resources, including tutorials and educational materialsRegularly use Agora's products to develop a deep understanding of our offerings
Who You Are3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (i.e., solutions engineer, sales engineer, forward deployed engineer)An excellent communicator who's comfortable interacting with both highly technical and non-technical audiencesInterest in and a general understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 technologiesProven experience troubleshooting on a broad range of technical problems and an ability to engage and build trust with customersExperience writing and maintaining technical documentation
