The OpportunityTo achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Client team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead platform initiatives that strengthen Superhuman's foundation for building and scaling product experiences across our different clients. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and deliver systems that make development faster, more consistent, and more reliable. This role combines deep technical understanding with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to drive how Superhuman builds high-quality, AI-powered products at scale.
In this role, you will:
- Define and lead the strategy for scalable cross-platform development, enabling teams to build once, ship everywhere, and deliver new AI-powered experiences efficiently.
- Own the roadmap for shared frameworks, design systems, and platform infrastructure that support faster, more consistent front-end development.
- Partner with engineering to evolve the foundational layer connecting native clients and shared web technologies.
- Work with design and accessibility experts to ensure inclusivity and performance are built in from the start.
- Manage dependencies and shared roadmaps across multiple product and platform teams to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Translate complex technical needs into clear product goals, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with feature teams to understand their workflows, identify friction points, and prioritize improvements that speed up iteration.
- Balance long-term platform investments with near-term delivery to scale development sustainably.
- Strong technical background, ideally with engineering experience or a deep understanding of architecture, frameworks, and developer tooling.
- Experience leading product development for internal or platform-type products, particularly those spanning multiple clients or surfaces.
- Ability to partner deeply with engineering on trade-offs, scalability, and technical decision-making.
- Experience managing shared systems or design infrastructure that support multiple product teams.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across product, design, and engineering.
- Interest in accessibility, performance, and developer experience as core aspects of product quality.
- Excitement about the intersection of platform work and AI, and how shared infrastructure accelerates innovation.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a user-centric mindset; you care about how internal tools empower teams to build great user experiences.
- Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
