Für unseren Kunden aus dem Bereich Verwaltungsdienstleistungen suchen wir schnellstmöglich einen Senior Product Manager / Senior Product Owner (w/m/d).

Aufgaben
  • End-to-End-Verantwortung: Du steuerst den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Vision über Konzeption bis zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung.
  • Strategie & Roadmap: Du entwickelst Produktstrategien, priorisierst Features und übersetzt Nutzerbedürfnisse in smarte Lösungen.
  • Anforderungen im Griff: Du formulierst Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien und hältst das Product Backlog aktuell.
  • Markt & Nutzer verstehen: Du führst Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Nutzeranalysen durch, planst User-Tests und validierst Ideen iterativ mit Stakeholdern.
  • UX & Technik vereinen: Du bringst Verständnis für technische Architektur, Barrierefreiheit und UX/UI-Prinzipien mit.
  • Transparenz & Kommunikation: Du vermittelst die Produktvision klar an Stakeholder und Teams, präsentierst Strategien und Ergebnisse und sorgst für eine starke interne wie externe Kommunikation.
  • Agiles Arbeiten leben: Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Teams in einem agilen Umfeld (Scrum, Kanban), moderierst Workshops und förderst effiziente, lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit.
  • Dokumentation & Qualität: Du stellst sicher, dass Produktentscheidungen und Anforderungen sauber dokumentiert sind und die Ergebnisse den höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen genügen.
Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Manager:in oder Product Owner:in
  • Ausgeprägte Priorisierungsfähigkeit, Entscheidungsstärke und Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – auch in komplexen Situationen
  • Leidenschaft für Innovation und nutzerzentriertes Denken
  • Flexibilität, Pragmatismus und echter Teamspirit
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
