International Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in our Munich headquarters who will function as a regional marketing specialist and partner with our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will help educate the fitness industry about smart fitness technology, create demand across various professional fitness, wellness, and health segments, and support our local Sales teams in achieving their commercial goals. This position focuses on executing local marketing tactics and tailoring global campaigns to the needs of Spain, France, the UK, and our distributors.

• Campaign planning and localization: You will plan, localize, and execute global marketing campaigns and regional tactics, including paid media initiatives, to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement in Spain, France and the UK
• Distribution support: You will act as the primary marketing liaison for distributors, managing the delivery of marketing assets and facilitating their full translation and brand approval process
• Sales enablement: You will collaborate with Product Marketing to distribute high-impact sales collateral—including pitch decks, product information, case studies, videos, tech sheets, blogs, and whitepapers—ensuring all assets align with sales needs while maintaining global brand strategy
• Branding: You champion the EGYM brand in your regions, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging and a strong local presence across all channels
• Event marketing: You will collaborate with the Events team to promote attendance and engagement at key EGYM events in your markets, and plan and promote webinars with the Product Marketing and Sales teams, providing post-event reporting and analysis
• Public relations:  You will manage existing relationships with regional media, develop new media contacts, and leverage earned coverage to strengthen EGYM's brand visibility across markets

• Experience: You have at least 4 years of broad experience across multiple disciplines of Marketing 
• Skills: You have experience in managing marketing campaigns and projects efficiently, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment. Experience with project management tools is a plus
• Focus: You are a performance-driven marketer with ambition in testing, failing fast, and learning from mistakes
• Collaboration: You are an effective communicator with strong cross-functional skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English.Spanish and/or French is a strong plus
• Travelling: You are comfortable with 15–20% travel (domestic and international)

• Strategy: You deliver a regional marketing strategy aligned with global priorities, clearly outlining campaign plans, KPIs, and enablement resources per region
• Networking: You establish trust and collaborative cadence with key stakeholders across Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand
• Improvement: You launch at least one strategic initiative that improves brand perception, lead generation, or customer engagement in your markets
