Your role: As a Construction Site Manager you will be responsible for the effective and efficient running of the site and as well as stakeholders' management throughout the delivery of the project.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Supervise construction teams to ensure they comply with technical standards and guidelines;
  • Manage project costs, supplies and communicate with Procurement Department for project needs and equipment;
  • Deliver the required technical documentation;
  • Reach the daily/monthly production targets and report to the Project Manager on the progress of the construction works;
  • Manage communication between the organization and third parties.

To be a fit you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, telecommunications, or another related technical field;
  • At least 1 year of working experience in construction field ;
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Good leadership, interpersonal & problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to perform in a multitasking & fluid environment;
  • EU driver's license;
  • Be a goal-oriented team player;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Flexibility and ability to travel.

Ideally you will also have:

  • Previous working experience in Germany, ideally in FTTx;
  • Proven leadership record of a small team;
  • Awareness of project management/IMS and reporting tools;
  • RSA21 Training.
