Working Student: Procurement

You want to increase Infineon's Procurement power to the best possible effect, secure supply and foster Infineon's leading position by continuously looking for innovative solutions in strong cooperation with our suppliers. With your skills and passion for Procurement, you will support the Category and Supplier Management as well as Procurement Engineering for SiC wafers.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Teamwork is dreamwork: Support our global team of Category and Supplier Managers as well as Procurement Engineers in their supplier management as well as administrative tasks (e.g., preparing reports, ad hoc requests)
• Data is eveything: Work on data maintenance and support data analytics
• Take responsibility: Drive small own projects under guidance of your procurement team members of and from the Category and Supplier management (e.g., optimize spend analyses, create automated reporting)

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration / Management, Industrial Engineering or similar ideally with a specialization in the field of procurement
• Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel)
• Way of working: You are proactive and like to work results-driven
• Personality: Next to being a team player, you are reliable and detail-oriented
• Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken, German is a plus

• Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
• High school report

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
