Your Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student – Technical Procurement (m/f/d) to join our Production & Supply Chain team and support RobCo's rapid growth phase. In this role, you will take ownership of your own projects and gain hands-on experience in technical procurement and operations. You will work closely with our engineering and logistics teams to source high-quality components, develop supplier relationships, and help build scalable procurement processes for our modular robotic systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain real, practical experience during your studies, take initiative, and directly contribute to how we source and build our product. To date, we have raised more than USD 50 million from some of the world's best venture capitalists, including Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as from the founders of UiPath, Helsing, Pitch, and other companies.

Your responsibilities 

  • Plan and procure materials and components for technical projects.

  • Ensure compliance with quality and technical standards as well as timely delivery.

  • Build and manage supplier relationships; evaluate costs and technical capabilities.

  • Source and negotiate offers, prices, and contracts.

  • Maintain procurement data in ERP systems and support documentation for logistics processes.

Your Profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • You have a solid technical understanding and an interest in manufacturing processes and components.

  • Ideally, you bring first hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a technical environment.

  • You are confident using Excel/Google Sheets; initial experience with ERP systems is a plus.

  • You work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented way and enjoy taking ownership of your own projects and topics.

  • You communicate clearly and professionally – German is preferred, English is a must – and you enjoy working in a team.

  • You are eager to learn and contribute actively to improving and shaping our procurement processes in a fast-moving environment.
