Stellenbeschreibung

Operational Procurement

Du unterstützt unseren operativen Einkauf bei der Beschaffung von Produkten und bist dabei im gesamten Prozess involviert. Dazu definierst du Bestellanforderungen, kümmerst dich um die Bestellabwicklungen und übernimmst die Bestellüberwachung. Zudem bist du im Austausch mit den internen Abteilungen zur Klärung und Spezifizierung von Bestelldetails und inhaltlichen Anforderungen an die Artikel. Die Pflege von Einkaufsdaten und Lieferanteninformationen, sowie die Prüfung der Rechnungen und das Durchführen von Abweichungsanalysen gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabenpaket.

Strategic Procurement

Du unterstützt unser strategisches Einkaufs-Team und trägst damit zu einem qualitativem Einkaufsprozess bei, um die beste Qualität zu einem fairen Preis für uns zu gewährleisten. Hierfür führst du Marktanalysen und Bewertungen von Lieferanten durch, entwickelst und implementierst strategische Einkaufsinitiativen, nimmst an Lieferantenbewertungen teil und analysierst Kosteneinsparpotenziale. Dafür bist du im ständigen Austausch u.a. mit den Stakeholdern, um die Einkaufsanforderungen zu verstehen und zu erfüllen.

Qualifikationen

Du befindest dich derzeit in einem Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund

Idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management

Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Einkauf von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Ausgeprägte Analysekompetenz

Selbstständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Professioneller Umgang mit MS-Office

Erste Erfahrungen mit SAP S4 HANA sind wünschenswert, aber nicht notwendig

Nicht zuletzt überzeugst du mit der Fähigkeit in einem schnellen, anspruchsvollen Umfeld effizient und effektiv zu arbeiten.
