Deine Aufgaben- Du übernimmst die operative und wirtschaftliche Führung des Gastronomie- und Hotelbereichs sowie des Eventmanagements und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe in allen Bereichen.
- Du leitest, koordinierst und motivierst die Teams, förderst eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre und bist Ansprechperson für alle internen und externen Gäste.
- Mit deiner Erfahrung sorgst du auch persönlich bei Veranstaltungen für ein hervorragendes Gasterlebnis und bist dir nicht zu schade, hierbei von Anfang bis Ende mit anzupacken.
- Du steuerst aktiv den Geschäftserfolg, erstellst regelmäßige Reportings und Analysen und verantwortest das Budget.
- Du sicherst hohe Standards, optimierst Arbeitsprozesse und entwickelst innovative Konzepte zur Effizienzsteigerung.
- Du planst und setzt strategische Projekte zur Attraktivitätssteigerung und Vermarktung der Bereiche um.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Food and Beverage Manager mit Führungsverantwortung.
- Ausbildung zum Küchenmeister
- Staatlich geprüfter Gastronom oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und Management von Kennzahlen-Reportings.
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Affinität für innovative Lösungen und IT-Tools.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist, gepaart mit Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Kreative Ansätze zur Vermarktung und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Strategien zur Neukundengewinnung.
- Kenntnisse im Umbau und in der Modernisierung von Hotellerie und Gastronomie.
- Eigenes, bereits ausgeprägtes Netzwerk im Bereich Hospitality.
- Eine verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit auf einem lebendigen und nachhaltigen Campus.
