We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representative (f/d/m), who loves a challenge and can't wait to turn cold leads into great opportunities. If you are eager to build your career in B2B SaaS or Enterprise sales, this role is for you
YOUR MISSION- Identify, research, and connect with key decision-makers across target companies through email, cold calling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Qualify leads and schedule high-impact meetings that drive revenue.
- Work closely with the SDR Team Lead and Account Executives to develop tailored outreach strategies and build strong sales pipelines.
- Contribute to our global expansion by consistently sourcing new business opportunities.
- Over a year of experience in an SDR or sales position.
- A natural hunter mentality, you're proactive, persistent, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
- Drive to exceed ambitious goals and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A sense of ownership and a proactive attitude toward personal and professional growth.
- Familiarity with sales tools (e.g. CRM systems, outreach platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German proficiency is a plus.
- A valid working permit in Germany.
