Role overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support Enpass’s growth in Europe. The SDR will play a critical role in driving the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying and qualifying prospects, generating leads, and building the sales pipeline. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in B2B technology, Enterprise SaaS sales within a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key responsibilities
- Build the sales funnel by generating leads through personalized outreach to potential customers, leveraging inbound and outbound strategies.
- Handle incoming queries and establish initial contact with prospects.
- Execute communication sequences aligned with the sales process, including timely follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Qualify leads by identifying the correct decision-makers and assessing opportunities using qualification frameworks such as BANT.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and appointments, ensuring a seamless handoff to account executives or sales representatives.
- Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accurate and current prospect information.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and align strategies for improving lead generation outcomes.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: 2-3 years in sales development or related roles, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language (ideally German or French) is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to handle cold outreach, qualify leads, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, as well as sales pro-specting tools, is preferred.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
